Set up occurs during one week of each month according to which region. There are some places around the motu (country) we do not service yet, or only visit every so often. Because of this, it may take a while to arrange your set up time. Sometimes this can come down to finding other subscribers in the same area, so we can reduce the associated emissions and avoid unnecessary inefficiencies. To help with this you can spread the word in your area.

After arranging a time that suits us both, we will visit you to set up your worm farm(s), share the how-to resources and signage and answer any questions to ensure you’re up and running. We love people and it’s nice to put a face to the name.

At $25 per worm farm, our solution is dynamic and modular – expanding or contracting to allow for company cultures to adapt, seasonal changes and other variables. An initial setup cost of $75 covers setup of the bin(s), a training session for staff as well as how-to resources for the office.

Due to high demand for our service, it’s possible that no worm farms are available. We are working on pre-selling the bulk of our subscriptions with set start dates so we know exactly how many to prepare (this takes up to 6 months and requires a lot of love and care).

Our service is invoiced from $25 + GST per month (depending on how many worm farms you have), sent quarterly with the amount invoiced at the beginning of the period. We send you the first invoice on the day we set you up, which put us in the clear for the next three months.

We pride ourselves on not having heavy handed contracts, however this three month turn around will mean that any cancellations before the end date will forfeit the remaining amount.

To bring any staff on board, workplace training is included in the $75 setup fee. This can fit into a morning tea or lunch break, and always results in better results (especially in larger organisations).
